TV Guide??? In october we got switched from Adelphia cable to comcast cable, and we don't even have a TV guide channel. Is there a # that we can call to ask them about it or something??

How do you avoid getting sucked in by the top of the TV Guide Channel? For those of you with TV Guide channel, does anyone turn it on actually wanting to find out what's on a particular channel and end up watching the top commerical thing or whatever? Was the TV Guide Channel taken off the air? I use the TV Guide Channel all the time, and I love it. I live in Pittsburgh and it is usually channel 18. However, recently I have gone to turn it on (and done so on all TVs in my house) and it is just white noise. I couldn't find it on any other channel. Does anyone know? No, it's my TV in my room that is fuzzy when a channel doesn't work. On the newer TV we have, it just skips to the nearest channel. Need to fix my Time Warner TV Guide upper right-hand corner preview!? I recently got Time Warner Cable and when I went to the TV Guide, it used to shrink the current channel into the upper right-hand corner but for some reason it doesn't shrink anymore, it just opens the TV Guide right over the channel and I can only see the upper right-hand part of the screen. I've tried fiddling with all the settings but nothing fixes it. Has anyone had this problem, and do you know how to fix it? Thanks!

Windows Media Center 2005 no longer downloads TV Guide information? All of the sudden, my PC has stopped downloading the guide information for Media Center. When I click on the guide, it just says no data available for all the channels. I tried restarting and it didn't help. I've also gone into the settings and clicked get latest guide listings and although it appeared to be downloading and I got a confirmation when it was finished, the guide was still saying "no data available." This is really annoying since I can't set it to record any TV shows unless I have the guide information. I recently downloaded Windows Media Player 11 Beta... I don't know if that could have caused it. Any suggestions?

i just got a new plasma hd tv and some of the movies that are playing right now arent listed in the tv guide? I dont know how to figure out which channels are which since they arent listed on my cable providers website. Also they are numbers like 106.3 and 110.4.
