Can you stream high definition content to Xbox 360 with wireless adapter?

I was wondering if the adapter will let you stream high definition stuff too...

1. Yes, you can. As of the Fall 2006 update, you can stream high def content. http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/news/2006/1030-novemberupdate-completelist.htm Apparently, there is a downgrade in framerate.
