How do I play my xbox 360 in high definition?

I have a Sony Bravia 42 inch lcd which im sure is high definition. How do I play my Xbox 360 to the BEST graphics possible on that TV? Please give information. Thanks Jake

1. from Dashboard, go to the System page ( the blue one ), there you have a monitor and TV icons, select it and there you can change the resolution of the Tv/Monitor to hight definition.
2. Follow Frost Gothic's intstructions but first thing is... is your CV(component video) cable connected to the TV? it's the red, blue and green wires... once you've connected those to your TV along with the red and white for audio then just change it from the dashboard as said by Frost Gothic.
