How do I participate in TV commercials?

I don't want to be a model, but I'd be interested to be part of TV commercials? To whom should I approach (in Malaysia) and are there any requirements? Where can I search for such advertisements to participate in jingles?

1. The BEST way to participate in commercials is to run out and buy everything that they advertise :)
2. You have to go to a audition and they have to pick u out .i dont know if over there's a place that is nationwide but thats what u have to look for.Good luck ! dont be dissapointed if they dont pick u it took brat pitt 103 auditions before he was picked.
