What can be done about repeated TV Commercials?

There should be an agency similar to the BBB for people to complain about TV commercials that never change, even for several years, like the guy on Liberty Mutual that sells "the kit".... Advertisers could go to this "agency" or "web site" and see if they are on the list of "aggravating advertisers" and then they would know to quit, change or do something....

1. i dont think there's much you can do about it, after all it's the company that's paying to have them aired on a regular basis, and it's not cheap. but it IS annoying, and have you noticed, that when a commercial comes on, it's a LOT louder than the program you were watching???
2. Don't complain! If you do, they will know that you noticed and got the message, which to them means it's working!
3. I so tired of the pharmiceutical commercials. I sure that cello music was composed by the CEO's daughter- who attends Julliard
