How many of you are able to understand those silly stupid TV commercials?

How many of you are able to understand those silly stupid TV commercials?Example is say...Geico(some cars,food too) and many other stupid silly commercials.Does these commercial ever makes you to buy their products?

2. no, never. ive never bought anything that ive seen on a commercial, and think, that looks great.
3. some of them are quite amusing, while others are so stupid! None of the ads have actually made me go out to but a particular product.

12. if adverts are puposefully made annoying so that they are more memorable, i make a point of not buying the product.
13. Well they did exactly they are trying to do....GET YOU TO TALK ABOUT IT!! Here you are bashing them and you are mentioning their names at the same time. Free advertising is a companies dream!!
14. i stopped watching commercials along time ago they just get more stupid as the yrs go on they are not just silly they INSULT MY INTELLIGENCE AND YOURS TOO
15. Often if I see a commercial (such as Geico) that annoys me I will not in fact buy their product, but choose another instead!
16. There are a couple out there (like the new Wendy's commercial) that I have to just scratch my head over what they're trying to say, but for the most part they're pretty entertaining. And no, having a gecko or cavemen pitch insurance is not going to make me select Geico for coverage.
17. AS I was reading the first sentence I thought of Geico right away. I had mentioned this to friends before and they thought that it waqs funny. I don't get it either. I also hate the Checkers (fastfood) commercials that has the jingle "You gotta eat, you gotta eat, say who do you think you are". I HAVE TO CHANGE THE CHANNEL IMMEDIATELY!
18. I don't necessarily buy their products, but I find a lot of them entertaining. For instance: The two guys are in a locker room & the one is bragging about his phone having a built in security system. The other guy says "oh really" and the first guy says "Try to take my phone". The other tries to take his phone & ends up getting hit with it. I'm not a consumer who buys anything because of a commercial. I figue if they're spending a load of money advertising then I'm going to be paying for it if I buy their product. I'd rather them not advertise & give me cheaper prices.
19. well i can but it depends on what the commercial is on.........but when one come on just turn to another show you like!!!!

21. Most of the TV commercials are stupid & silly. In many cases legal action can be taken. Where to go? It makes no sense to buy. Waste of time but money to TV. Pl suggest how to go for legal action
