How to prepare that Graham dessert?
I am planning to have that Graham dessert called "tira mi su" in that particular Philippine TV commercial. I wanna know the ingredients and the steps in preparing it. Thanks a lot. Enjoy the summer!!!

Leave to soak in for a few minutes, then press the sponges until they form a layer on the bottom of the dish. 7. Pour the Mascarpone cheese mixture over the top of this and smooth off. 8. Put in the refrigerator to set. 9. Approximately 1 hour before you serve it, dust the top of the cheese with cocoa powder.
- Easy Refrigerator Pineapple Graham Dessert Squares Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs 1 cup butter, divided and softened 1 1/2 cups icing sugar 2 eggs 1 (14 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained 2 cups whipping cream, whipped Steps: 1. Set oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease an 8 x 8-inch square baking dish. 3. Combine Graham wafer crumbs with 1/2 cup melted butter. 4. Pat into bottom of prepared baking dish. 5. Bake for 10 minutes; cool. 6. In a bowl, cream 1/2 cup softened butter with icing sugar for about 3 minutes. 7. Add in eggs, beat well until combined. 8. Transfer the mixture into cooled crust. 9. In a bowl, combine/fold the whipped cream with VERY well drained crushed pineapple. 10. Spread over the egg mixture. 11. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. 12.
