VH1 Reality Camera Crew???

im goin to school for boradcastint in november and i finish in march, i really want to be a cameraman for VH1, weather its for reality shows/tv shows/ news ect...., how would i get a job working for them??? would i have to call VH1 or go to their web site or somethin??? for example, i wanna work in the camera crew for shows like, flava flav, i love new york, i love money, brook knows best ect...... How would i go about that????
