My verizon has a messed up tv guide?

I jus hooked my verizon box up to a new tv. The channels show up but when i open the guide they all say "no program description", and i cant select any other channels. Can I change this in the settings, or is something else wrong?

1. You need to call and complain to customer service. They have done this 3 times to my boxes and I've never unhooked my boxes. It is something that they have done. they may be able to help you over the phone, but if you have my luck they will have to send a tech out to your residence, 3 ****ing times!!
