Does they still air the Holiday, Seiko wallet and King Sue commercials?

I remember way back in the mid 90s, after the mid-morning chinese programs on sunday Philippine TV, I would see these really wierd, poorly directed, low budget, poorly acted commercials of HOLIDAY corned beef and King Sue ham. One of the commercial has a supermarket-clown in it, singing "What can we say? HO - LI - DAY !!!". That clown was responsible for half my nightmares well into early adulthood. And how about that Holiday commercial wherein a boy was dreaming he was in a supermarket and his mom wouldn't let him buy Holiday corned beef? It was aired right after or before the Seiko wallet commercial. you know this one right? Seiko, seiko wallet Ang wallet na masuwerte Balat nito ay geeee-nuine International pa ang mga design And wallet na masuwerte Seiko, seiko WALLET! That was a minor error. DOES ---> DO they still.......

  3. Hahaha... I do remember the Holiday commercial and Seiko seiko wallet. No they're no longer on air, but I still have childhood memories of the following commercials. 1. The Electrolux commercial Jingle: "I'm gonna knock on your door.. knock on your window too..." Tagline: Nakamura ka na, nakatipid ka pa! 2. The commercial sponsored by a social group usually aired during the holiday seasons, with a faceless child speaking through the monitor. This went on from my early childhood until I was about 11 years old. "Naglalagay ako ng pulbura sa paputok. Natapunan ng sigarilyo ang ginagawa ko. Sumabog sa mukha ko. Ngayon po, bulag na po ako." 3. The 3 o'clock habit every 3pm in ABS-CBN that would interrupt my 2.30 pm Japanese cartoons (technically not a commercial) "Holy God, Holy Mighty one, Holy Immortal one, have mercy on us and on the whole world." (said 3x with varying vocal modulation) "Jesus, king of mercy, we trust in you." 4. Mama Mary, calling with a meek voice on ABC 5 "I ask, every Filipino family. Please pray the Rosary."
