what must i study?

i hate business studies, i dont like figures, here in my country people are crazy about accounting and marketing studies and so on. i want to go to college to study, but it has to be arts, design, acting, event arrangments or television/ radio productions its a pity that in my country they dont have colleges that offer these type of studies, am so stuck and i just dont want to go to work without studying something i had opted to go to South Africa, they have a variety of intresting courses ther but i cant afford it for now, i could go if i raise the funds, but now i dont know anybody there. , am tired of sitting behind the desk and doing routine work, its driving me nuts!! i want something fun and enjoyable, your suggestions are welcome, what do i do please help. i wanted to be a tour guide once, i love outdoors, especially Safari but my grades dont really qualify for that. i'm having sleepless nights, i promise you. i'm becoming stagnant, lol please help...

1. I feel your pain. You should never do something just because everyone else is doing it or because your parents want you to... I know it's hard and scary, but be adventurous and follow your passion! Build your life around what you love to do. You mentioned that you wanted to be a tour guide... There is a site http://www.viamigo.com/ where you can sign up to be a tour guide (and it's free now, I think). I'm not sure what your country is, but they feature independent guides from all over--China, Brazil, France, Italy, Greece, etc. It's good that you're actively searching to change your life! Don't be worried. It would be more sad/scary to go through life with blinders on, never thinking about what you really want to do. You're already a step ahead. :)
