How does one obtain a FREE "TV guide" with shows, times, channels, etc. from Direct TV?

My new roommate has Direct TV. It has so many channels that "surfing" is too time-consuming. Would someone give me direction on locating a FREE Direct TV "guide" online covering each day--listing show name, beginning and ending times, the channel, etc.? Is this free? He has "premium Direct TV", if that helps you accurately respond to my inquiry.
