Anywhere i can watch live tv online (FREE ONLY PLEASE)?

Yeah my favourite show is on tonight, and i dont have that channel on my tv . Its on ABC family, its called the secret life of an american teenager. && i was just wondering if any of you knew any sites where i could watch it online live, so i dont have to wait till tommarow for it to come online!
