TV Jingle commercials fall under what category of management?

I am doing a paper and i need to know what type of management style/theory it takes to create tv jingles for commercials. I have a list of the different styles and i need to know which one goes for the tv commercial jingles. 3. I've worked in advertising creative for 20 years and I have absolutely not the slightest idea what you're talking about. In the first place, what are these management styles or theories. I've never heard of them. On top of which, what does creating a jingle for a TV commercial (a dead art btw) have to do with the style of management? It's almost as if you've taken a theoretical construct (management style) and connected it to a completely unrelated practical application (jingle writing) to arrive at the farthest reaches of absurdism. Here's how your question sounds to me: I need to know all the ways German Expressionism affects brining a pickle. See what I mean?
