How do you stop the TV Guide alerts on cell phone?

Unfortunately, I signed up for the TV Guide alerts on my phone and do not know how to stop them. I have replyed with: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE and NO. Nothing seems to stop them and they alert me of upcoming shows at all hours of the night. Please help me:)

1. It could be like google chat, once you add someone/thing you cannot remove it. Contact your service provider.
