What is a good 40" TV for OTA receiving that gets automatic TV guide.?

I want to get a new LCD TV. I'm perfectly happy with Rabbit ear TV. I'm looking for info on an TV that will be good at receiving Over the Air signals. I've heard that the standards for time sync and TV guide over the air aren't very stable or universal. I'm in Ontario and want my TV to speak CBC and TVO, CTV would be nice too.
