Why do some people capitalize "Lost" when typing out the show name?

I've noticed on various websites (LiveJournal, Television Without Pity, etc.) that when some people talk about the show Lost, they capitalize the show title (ex. I'm going to be so sad when LOST ends.). Is there a reason for this or do they just do it because the show's logo is in all caps?

  1. Because the Lost logo is in all caps, some people think that's how it's supposed to be in text.
  2. I always though it was the logo, but some people could always do it for emphasis.
  3. The reason is that they capitalize "LOST" because it is the show's logo. It isn't capitilized for no reason. Of course the L is capitilized because it's a proper noun, and the other letters are because that's just how the creator of the show created the logo. hope this answers your question. :)
  4. LOST is capatilized because the producers say that after the final season they will reveal what the initials mean.It sounds crazy but it's true.Google it.
  5. Because the show name is in capital letters, my CCR-ish ones!
