How do I switch to high definition on rune scape?

I know you just click on the high definition button but i've tried and it says sorry rune scape is unavailable to switch your ( ) and [advanced info] but when i click on [ ] it does nothing.

Try posting your query on the official RuneScape forums under Tech Support: http://forum.runescape.com/forums.ws?25,26 Someone else is likely to be experiencing a similar problem and you will get feedback from other players or a mod fairly promptly. You could also try changing your Java options to see if that makes a difference. If you are running Default Java, then change it to one of the other options at: http://www.runescape.com/options.ws This will not harm your computer or any settings. If it doesn't load, then just change it back at the same link and continue to use standard detail until someone answers your query.
