How do I setup a tv guide in vista media centre?

I allready have a tv tuner installed and i can see the scanned chanels allready. But when i try and get the guide for australia it asks for a post code an any post cod i give doesnt work and i tried 0000 as well. It tells me tv guide for my region not found!?
