How do you broadcast from the television on JustinTV?

Do I need certain cables that connect to the computer to the television? Or do I need a certain hardware?

1. It depends on the TV. My TV has a standard VGA input and 3.5mm audio input, so I use a normal monitor and sound cable. My old TV has a SCART input, so I a graphics card with S-Video out, which I connected to an S-Video to SCART adapter along with a 3.5mm to TV audio cable.
