how do i get my high definition flat screen television back to regular screen format?

someone rolled on our remote and the settings got changed on the television. we have a philips hd flat screen. The screen is small and centered. we need it big and equivalent to the screen.

1. it depends a lot on your TV. we have a sony and pressing the Enter key changes it from one mode to another.
2. You might have a button on your remote that says something like 'Size' or 'Picture Size.' You might be able to press it until the image fills out the screen.
