How many television cable service providers are available in the Philippines?

I want to be able to keep up with ESPN and the sports in the USA. I just seem to get TURBO, Solar Sports and some basketball games from the past. Television seems to be lacking something here.

1. for the entire Philippines it is more than a handful, you can inquire from National Telecommunications Commission for the exact distribution of franchise. However in Metro Manila, there is Skycable, Global Destiny, Dream Satellite, and Cignal Direct Satellite which is owned by PLDT. There could be more but these are the known ones. I believe Destiny has ESPN.
