I am looking for a camcorder that has something like sony's nightshot (night vision) only a new model?

I really just want a high definition camcorder with a built in hard drive and night vision. I want to find one that is around 300 dollars but if not im willing to pay up to 550 dollars and if possible a camcorder that's less than two years old. Any ideas
