What is the Philippine commercial I'm thinking of? Help!?

This is an add on the TV. It's all in Tagalog. At school, a young teenage couple is walking together, holding hands. The girl does not stop talking and talking, people are looking at them. The guy, who has glasses, lets go of the girl's hand suddenly, and says something about a "break" and "tayo". The girl, and everybody else, gasps and people start buzzing with gossip. Then, the guy gets out some chocolate and makes the girl eat it, and she loves the taste. Then they hold hands again or something. I think the name of the chocolate had the word BREAK in it. I need help to remember this commercial! I don't watch tv, I just saw this while I was at the gym. Please help? Thanks! Salamat!

2. the girl's a sleazy hoe! The guy lured her back with chocolate, who knows what she would've done if he had taken out his wallet.
3. it might have been a kit-kat bar commercial, and what the guy actually said was :"Break muna tayo"... break, referring to resting eating.. this is because the tag line of kit-kat is "Have a break, Have a Kit-Kat"
