How do I connect my TV to my external audio using an optical audio cable?
I have a LG 37lh2 TV, and a Dgtec mini combo DG-6107i external cd player with speakers. My TV has an optical audio output, which I connected the cable to, but my player has no input. It has an auxilary input? The cable came with an attachment which I plugged into the white aux input, but still no luck. Anybody know?

- >How do I connect my TV to my external audio using an optical audio cable< You don't. Your CD player has the following inputs: Input Terminals: 1 Set Aux input, 1 set Scart Audio input A optical audio cable is a digital signal and none of your inputs are digital. Does your TV have the red and white audio output jacks and or a headset jack? If so, you should be able to find something going from either of those to your Scart input. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCART This is a Scart connection and pin 1 and 2 are the equivalent to the red and white audio connections, so this is your ONLY choice.
