How can I upload a tv show from the tv to the internet?

Like if I TiVo'd a tv show or whatever, how can I upload it to Youtube or something? I need help, thanks! I saw people on youtube with full episodes of shows and uploaded them. How do I do that??

1. It is illegal. Just because other people rob banks it does not mean anyone can go ahead and do it. Do something of your own and upload it.
2. You need to obtain the right to do that from the respective copyright holders. Usually if they want the program distributed that way, they will do it themselves on Youtube or their own outlet. Also, particular to TiVo DVRs, is that their terms of service specifically prohibit sharing of A/V content recorded on a TiVo DVR.
