how do i fix my tv guide on my panasonic 42" plasma tv TH-42PX600U?

I just bought 2 weeks ago a 42" panasonic plasma tv and my tv guide wont work, i tried many steps but hopefully someone can tell me how do i fix that

1. I'm not sure of your question, but I think you are referring to the on-screen TV guide that is available through your signal provider. You have to call your provider to get this fixed.
