How do I program the TV Guide for a Pioneer Plasma TV?

We programed it last night and it said it would update at 2:30 this morning. When i got up, all the channel listings said "No Listing". I can watch tv, but the channel that it says its on and the channel its actually on dont match up. Like the guide will say i'm on CMT and it'll really be on MTV. Everyone else is at work so I can't ask them how to do it and they'll be there until like 10:30 tonight. Can anyone help me program it?
