How come people are never sad in TV commercials?
I was watching TV today and I noticed that people are never sad or crying on the commercials. Does anyone know why its like this? I mean, they are always looking happy and are smiling. Is it something to do with a conspiracy like vampies and UFOs? Someone please tell me because I want to know.

- I don't think people would want to buy a toy if the kid in the commercial is crying while playing with it...
- Hollywood is a delusion.
- Ummm its called acting hunny
- The guy who says "Nobody ever pays me in gum" seems pretty sad
- Um, it depends on the channel you're on, I guess. I mean, I sometimes am watching channel 5 or 13, and I do see that people are sometimes sad. Like a TV commercial about depression or the use of drugs damaging you. Those are some sad people in TV commercials.
- Shhhh....... You have figured out the Vampires from Space Conspiracy. Run Hide They will get you, I am taking a risk by typing this. Wait I'll be right back, I hear a noise in the other room.
- obviously these companies advertising things are trying to sell products so they definitely don't want to make their potential consumers or anything as such!
- most companies do that to sell their product better like beer companies
- Sadness doesn't sell things........unless it's a psych med.... Happy smiling people mean that the product will make you happy
- well besides those commercials of poor polar bears being stranded on a melting piece of ice
