What television show/station features live band and their inside stories?

Last night, I was in the kitchen when I heard my favorite band Parmore playing the song "That's What You Get" live. Afterwards, they had a live interveiw with paramore and I couldn't watch the rest. I am wondering if anybody knows what tv station or television show it was that I saw them on. My friends told me the same station also features artists like Boys Like Girls and All Time Low. Any Idea what station and/or TV show it is that I am talking about?

1. If you have CMT (country music channel) they sometimes show bands playing and talking about themselves etc. they also have music videos every morning!
