Should I get a Sony camcorder or a JVC camcorder?

I want to get one of these camcorders: Sony Mobile HD Camcorder (MHSPM1D) - Orange OR JVC Picsio High-Definition SDHC Flash Pocket Camcorder (GC-FM1AUS) - Black They are both $200. The question is what one is better quality and worth buying? Please ask any questions and I will be happy to answer them in the additional details section!

1. i really liked the Sony Webbie HD MHS-CM1 Camcorder - 1080p - 5.0 MP - 5 x optical zoom for $160 - $200 but theres 2 other models that i just cant find the diffrences in. models D and V..i think this camcorder or a cannon.
