Is this a good camcorder to buy?

Im looking for a good camcorder and i found Sony's HDRXR150 High Definition HDD Camcorder featuring 120GB HDD, 25x Optical Zoom, 2.7" Touch Panel LCD and Full HD 1920X1080 Video at 24Mbps .I dont noe anything bout camcorders and i tried looking for one with a higher that 25x optical zoom but couldnt any. is this still good tho?...

1. Hi, How much money are you willing to spend? I suggest a Sony HDR-XR520v or a 500v. There is another sony camcorder i like and that is a HDR-CX520V and the 500v Hope this helps
