sociology project on tv?

We have to do a project on the power of mass media. In this project we have to dissect a mass media program using the functionalist, social internationalist and the conflict theory. 1)We need a video tape or something on youtube or teacher tube for one of the following: Music video, clip of the news, reality tv, or a tv show clip 2) after we choose one of those (I would rather have something with tv) we need to make a tape of it to share with class 3)We have to dissect the show for the stereotypes it promotes or breaks, which core societal values it promotes or breaks and how it may or may not promote social activism or change.How it fits with the functionalist theory social interactions theory and conflict theory. *****Mostly All I need is a good tv show that will show some of these. Something very stereotypical is good. And maybe which episode of this i should look at. Disney channel is fine too.*****
