How to mention a television program in a business letter?

If you were writing a business letter and wanted to mention a television show (not cite), how would you do it? Would you use quotation marks or underline it? Thanks in advance.

1. Capitals in the title as usual and italics, maybe bold type. If the letter was about that show, I would use quotations and italics.
